Store and scope

These terms apply to use of ssgjw.shop and purchases from My Store. The store uses Shopify's ecommerce platform. Shopify supplies the platform and is not the seller of the goods.

Our current destination markets are Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czechia, Poland, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria and Portugal. Product availability, destination support, currency and payment options are shown for your selected market and at checkout.

Products and orders

Read the product description, specifications, included items and price before ordering. We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings may affect appearance, but this does not remove your right to receive goods as described.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Check the products, price, destination and payment obligations shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. For cash-on-delivery orders, advance payment is not a condition of processing; payment is due on delivery as shown at checkout.

If a product is unavailable, an obvious error occurs or delivery cannot lawfully be completed, we will contact you about the affected order and refund any amount already paid where it is cancelled. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Prices, payment and delivery

The total price, currency, shipping cost and charges collected by us are shown before you place the order. Standard shipping to the listed destination countries is free. Any optional delivery service must be clearly priced and selected before ordering. Taxes and any applicable import arrangements must be disclosed before purchase; free shipping is not a tax-exemption promise.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, pay the confirmed order amount when delivery is made. We do not add undisclosed payment or handling fees after the order is placed.

Handling normally takes 1–2 business days and transit 5–10 business days, for an estimated total of 6–12 business days. Details, the order cut-off, tracking and remedies for delays are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates do not remove statutory delivery rights.

We bear the risk of loss or damage until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch. If the goods have already been dispatched, your applicable withdrawal and return rights remain available.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return, merchant-paid standard return shipping, no restocking fee and refunds within 10 calendar days after goods or proof of dispatch are received, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. COD refunds use a suitable fee-free method expressly agreed with you.

The voluntary policy supplements EU withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Sale pricing alone does not remove return rights.

Consumer protection

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence continue to apply, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods and longer national protections where applicable. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts available under applicable consumer law.

Use of the website and privacy

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse another person's information, introduce harmful software or interfere with security. Keep your account credentials secure. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use without removing your rights concerning existing orders.

Website content and third-party marks remain subject to their owners' intellectual-property rights. Your use does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling and your rights. Third-party links may have separate terms. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
