Shipping Policy

Countries covered

This policy applies to orders from ssgjw.shop delivered to Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czechia, Poland, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria and Portugal. Available products and delivery addresses must be supported at checkout. We do not offer worldwide delivery.

Standard delivery charges

Standard shipping is free for all orders to the countries listed above, with no minimum order value. Any optional service must be separately offered and priced before you place the order. We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges after ordering.

Processing and delivery time

• Order handling: 1–2 business days.
• Transit after dispatch: 5–10 business days.
• Estimated total from order confirmation to delivery: 6–12 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting processing or delivery. Orders received after 14:00 Central European local time (CET/CEST), or on a non-business day, enter processing on the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments.

For cash-on-delivery orders, processing follows order and address confirmation; advance payment is not required. You pay the amount shown at checkout when delivery is made. The payment methods actually available for the order are shown at checkout.

Tracking, address changes and delivery problems

When the order is dispatched, we provide the available tracking information. Carrier updates may take time to appear. Please check your address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier.

If an order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, email henryevalyn281@gmail.com with the order number and the issue. Photographs may help investigate damage but do not replace your statutory rights. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. We remain responsible for loss or damage until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

Where delivery is not made within the agreed period, your legal rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period, or cancel and receive a refund where applicable, remain unaffected. Carrier delays do not remove those rights.

Taxes and import charges

The order total and any charges collected by us are shown before you confirm the purchase. Free shipping does not by itself mean that a product is exempt from tax or import duties. Any applicable import arrangements and additional customer charges must be disclosed before purchase. Contact us before ordering if the applicable charges are unclear.

Returns and cancellations

You may notify us of cancellation before dispatch. If the parcel has already been dispatched, your applicable withdrawal and return rights still apply. For eligible returns, we cover standard return shipping and provide a prepaid label and return instructions. See the Return & Refund Policy for the 30-day return period, refund timing and statutory rights.

Use the return address supplied with the label and instructions. The business contact address is not automatically the parcel return address.
